The stunning circular swimming pool is situated below the house level and is accessible by steps or side path. There are tables and chairs, sunbeds, and parasols. There is also a poolside shower.

Outside the house and the swimming pool area ample lighting is provided for your security and safety.

Two Mountain Bikes are provided for
your more energetic excursions.






On the Property there is a
‘Private Parking’ area.






There is a barbecue in the garden and
also one on the panoramic terrace.

Just above Sarnano on Sassotetto there are ski slopes for beginners and the more experienced. These are open in the winter months.
