Romeo and Giulietta, whole villa (8 people +4), 220 sqm:

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room, large lounge, bar area, cave storeroom, large living area with kitchen, living room, storeroom.

Romeo apartment (4 people +2), 120 sqm:

two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room, large lounge, bar area, cave storeroom. Entrance from the garden.

Giulietta apartment (4 people +2), 100 sqm:

two large rooms, a bathroom, large living area with kitchen, living room, storeroom. Entrance from the panoramic terrace.

High Season: July, August, Christmas and new year’s day.

Mid Season: June, September, Easter.

Low Season: all other weeks.

Included in the Price: Electricity, Gas, Water, Weekly change of linen, Set of Bathroom towels, Set of kitchen, Set of bed linen, hotspot wireless, use of all equipment/accessories inside and outside the home.

Not included in the Price: Final Cleaning ( 70€ for apartmet- 140€ for House). There is an additional cost only for heating, if necessary.

Extra Bed: euro 10 per night per person, low and mid season, euro 15 per night per person, high season.
